Look beyond Easter Lamb and April offers up a colourful array of British produce.
Crisp, peppery radishes, verdant fresh peas and delicate spring onion are all on the menu. And that’s before you get to plump cod fillets, wild-caught crab and delicate chicken.
Spring is well and truly underway and with more sunshine (we hope!) comes a more colourful spread of home-grown goodness.
