Refund and Returns Policy for Osolocal2u
Osolocal2u is a trading name of 4DegreesC Ltd and supplies fresh food, perishable products, and occasionally home goods purchased online. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to UK consumer protection laws.
1. Reporting Issues with Your Order
If part of your order is missing, damaged, of poor quality, or not what you ordered, please email us at osolocal2u@osolocal.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number and any photos of poor quality or damaged products.
We will offer a refund or a voucher to cover the cost of the affected item(s).
2. Perishable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of fresh food or perishable items. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If you wish to cancel or change your order before delivery, contact us at osolocal2u@osolocal.com. We require a minimum of 3 days' notice to accommodate changes.
3. Non-Perishable Items
For non-perishable items, you have the right to cancel under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) (“CCRs”). This right allows you to cancel the contract up to 14 days after receiving the goods.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Contact us at osolocal2u@osolocal.com to initiate a return. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the card used for payment and processed by our payment provider. This usually takes 5-10 business days after our customer services team has processed the refund.
There may be a delay between receiving your complaint and processing your refund as we investigate the issue.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at osolocal2u@osolocal.com.
5. General Conditions
We ask that you inspect all products upon delivery and notify us promptly of any issues.
Our refund procedure does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
